NEVADA---Every year for one week, bold, super-sized works of art spring to life in one of the harshest yet most starkly beautiful settings imaginable … the Black Rock Desert of Nevada. Since its start in 1986, the festival has become the largest outdoor art festival in North America. Last week, more than 65,000 people attended the one-week event.
