NEW YORK--- Siona Benjamin continues her journey using art to trace the history of India's Jewish community in "FACES: Weaving Indian Jewish Narratives Artwork by Siona Benjamin" at Flomenhaft Gallery through Oct. 20. Brought up as a Bene Irsael Jew in Bandra, artist Siona Benjamin is driven to talk about her community. Her curiosity provided the impetus for her Fulbright fellowship proposal in 2010, where Benjamin photographed more than 60 individuals from the Bene Israel community in a bid to explore their reality and celebrate their diverse interior
